Autowork Online version 175 features an enhanced and updated Service schedules screen, which is designed to increase your garage’s efficiency.
In the latest version of Autowork Online, the Service Schedule screen has been updated:
- It features a new clearer layout
- A list or required parts for the service is now displayed before opening the catalogue
- Workflow has been enhanced in various ways
A customer and vehicle have already been entered for this job, so click the Add Job button. From the menu, click the Service option.
The main menu works the same way as before, but its styling has been modernised. The Service Item Adjustments menu has been moved, and a new Service Items Intervals option has been added.
The Service Items Intervals feature displays the service intervals for particular items, such as brake fluid.
The layout of the screen is now by vehicle area rather than system. The Additional Service Items section has moved to the top, producing a cleaner layout, and some items are checked by default, as they are included in the OEM service. Any additional work selected will automatically be added to the service sheet.
Also shown is a list of Required Parts for the service, including any additional items added. This makes the screen quicker and more efficient to use, as this information can be seen without opening the catalogue.
The Standard Time is the amount of labour time required to perform the basic service, and the Total Time includes any extra items.
