Document search options
Cancelled jobs
It is now possible specifically search for cancelled jobs by selecting the Cancelled status. You can search for all cancelled jobs or in conjunction with the optional criteria and date range. When a date range is specified, this will be the created date, not the date the job was cancelled.
New search criteria
Service Adviser and Technician have been added to the available optional criteria. Where technician is used, this is the technician in charge (at document level) rather than line level.
Default optional search criteria
Your preferred default search criteria can be specified in user settings, under document search.
