MOT history lookup

New functionality within Autowork Online enables users to look up the MOT history of a vehicle. The on-demand service will replace automatic lookups, ultimately providing greater control.

Results are retrieved from the DVSA database and show the current MOT expiry date, as well as a vehicle’s full MOT history where it is available.

Other information includes:

• MOT test number
• Test date
• Mileage at time of test
• Pass or fail
• Reasons for failures
• Any advisories issued

The MOT lookup service is free to use and provides near real-time results.
