User option to disable Password Expiry

*This may not be something we widely publicise but has been an issue for some customers. This feature has been included to appease these users but it is not recommended.

Users can opt out of having to change their password periodically. To do this the user must unlock their account in the My Account screen, then from the Options button opt out by ticking the option.

An email will be sent to the Admin account to confirm the decision.
