Diary Settings Page
The Diary settings page has undergone a few changes in order to make available a few new features as well make some of the older ones easier to use.
Enable time slots
In the initial implementation of the revamped diary, enable time slots would simply enable the ability to set the diary working hours. In r199 however Enable time slots will serve a greater purpose.
When “Enable time slots” is ticked it will:
- Open up the section to set specific working hours.

- Once Set Working hours is then checked the user will be able to select the start and end times for the garage and also choose if they want to show non-working hours on the diary

When “Enable time slots” is not checked it will completely remove timeslots from the diary view, and the diary will be transformed into a list view for each bay. Examples will be covered in the No Time slot view section further down.
Enable Custom Job Information
A new item added that was not previously in the settings for the diary is adding in the ability to customise the way jobs are shown to the user on the diary page.

Once checked, the user will be provided 3 boxes to customise the information shown on each of the 3 lines on the diary per event.

To adjust these selections the user can choose which line they would want to adjust (1,2,3), select the additional field they want from dropdown next to the lines and click the add button

To remove or reorder items, users can utilise the arrows and red cross next to each box

The following fields are able to be added:
- Job Duration
- Make
- Job Number
- Reg
- Model
- Customer Account
- Customer Name
- Work Type
- Job Status
Finally, the user will also be able to choose if they would like apply the chosen colour code (Work Type / Job status) to the 1st line of the diary entry.
